My wife and I were very pleased with Mr.Sean Schuster. Sean answer all of our questions clearly about our new purchase. He went out of his way to please us. I am the president of a radio control flying club in palos. I have 150 members in my club and I work at a body shop in Chicago Ridge. I will tell all of my club members and work friends all about Haggerty and Sean. I hope they stop in when they need a new car or truck. Thank you all JR & Marge

The tech replaced my coolant surge tank on October 10, and every time I turned off the car I kept smelling antifreeze. I called I called on October 21 and I was told to bring the car in and they would squeeze me in when I got there, I was told they couldnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t look at my car for at least an hour and a half because they were short on Staff. Give me a shuttle home and later that afternoon they told me they wouldnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t be able to look at my car until the next day. They found out the water pump was leaking and I was surprised they couldnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t find the leak during the last visit or I wonder if the previous service caused this leak. If you knew that you couldnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t work on my car on Monday because of staffing, you Shouldļæ½ļæ½ļæ½ve told me to come in the next day. However, during both visits, the service advisors were polite and friendly.

I am waiting for Lugnuts, I was told that my lugnuts were swollen and would have to relaced, I had to pay in advance, and I am still waiting for a call back , to have them replaced. I came Got an inspection paid $2600 for repairs. Came in with one light left with six new lights! I really dislike this place. I only Come here because other Buick says to keep car here if you all are the ones who broke down the engine.

Poor communication from service writer, however the actual technical repairs where performed wonderfully by the technicians. Haggerty GMC definitely offers the best results by GM technicians.

I came in with the air-conditioning problem and shocks and struts. I realize that is a lot of work, but I should have had an update maybe every hour or so because I was there over seven hours and I had to ask another tech how things were going with Repairs. Other than that, I was pleased that the work was done properly, and my original tech only came to me when it was time to pay. I believe his name was John. There was a tech I believe by the name of Joe who offered to take me to pick up some lunch because he realized I had been there so long. My car is running now and Iļæ½ļæ½ļæ½m pleased with the work. I just thought it would be nice to get updated when you have to sit so long.,
