2016 Buick LaCrosse customer from OAK LAWN, IL
The tech replaced my coolant surge tank on October 10, and every time I turned off the car I kept smelling antifreeze. I called I called on October 21 and I was told to bring the car in and they would squeeze me in when I got there, I was told they couldn���t look at my car for at least an hour and a half because they were short on Staff. Give me a shuttle home and later that afternoon they told me they wouldn���t be able to look at my car until the next day. They found out the water pump was leaking and I was surprised they couldn���t find the leak during the last visit or I wonder if the previous service caused this leak. If you knew that you couldn���t work on my car on Monday because of staffing, you Should���ve told me to come in the next day. However, during both visits, the service advisors were polite and friendly.
