I waited 3 hours for a simple oil change, I was terribly inconvenienced, and my plans for the day were completely derailed. I was fully compensated with a free oil change for this inconvenience, but never in my life have I had to wait hours for an oil change, which takes 10 minutes anywhere else. This experience will not have me return for an oil change or any other service again.
