2024 Buick Envista customer from ALSIP, IL
I brought my car in for service at around 9:00 in the morning to have a part put on and an oil change and to check the gears and it was ready at 12:00pm but I wasn't notified until about 3:00pm. When the service person came in to call names, he did not come to the section I was sitting. He stayed by the service desk as he called. I did not hear him call my name. Eventually, after waiting that long period of time, I went out to the desk and asked about my car. That's when I found out it had been sitting outside at 12:00pm. I was very disappointed to say the least.
