My experience at the dealership was top tier! Best customer service experience ever! I was greeted by Pedro Zavala who is the kindest, sincerest, most patient, and extremely professional service consultant. Pedro took the time to explain everything dealing with my truck in detail without being condescending but he showed that he truly cared about my concerns as a customer and about the health of my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about the proper maintenance for your vehicle. I also have to mention all the wonderful women in the office who are so warm, friendly, professional and kind.
