Service Department: 4.2 Star Review

I brought my car in February 26. Dan was my service advisor. He was very pleasant. The reason I brought my car in is because I could hear like a knocking sound on the front passenger side of the car. Those cones that are in the street had gotten stuck under my car and someone pulled it out so I thought maybe that’s what was causing the problem, Dan informed me he was giving my car a steering and suspension test. I have a question is that test the same as your 21 point service inspection? I was told they couldn’t hear any sound but that I needed other things done on the car me being a woman not knowing anything about cars I told him OK I want my car in good running condition , everything they had to do total $1648.44. I was there for quite some time I arrived at seven in the morning actually it was 630 I was sitting outside waiting I believe I was there about 7 hours but as long as my car is running, that’s fine I just hope I don’t have a problem again with the noise that I can hear , but they say they don’t hear anything. I bought my car there, and I always bring my car there to be serviced. As long as I don’t have any more problems until it’s time for an oil change, I’ll be happy.
