2012 Buick Enclave customer from CHICAGO, IL
I came in with the air-conditioning problem and shocks and struts. I realize that is a lot of work, but I should have had an update maybe every hour or so because I was there over seven hours and I had to ask another tech how things were going with Repairs. Other than that, I was pleased that the work was done properly, and my original tech only came to me when it was time to pay. I believe his name was John. There was a tech I believe by the name of Joe who offered to take me to pick up some lunch because he realized I had been there so long. My car is running now and I���m pleased with the work. I just thought it would be nice to get updated when you have to sit so long.,
