2011 Buick LaCrosse customer from CHICAGO, IL
I was told that I was going to get a complete examination of the car $176 off the top and it wasn't applied to mine actual bill! they fixed the problem but they didn't check everything because the next day my check engine light came on . I responded to the text/ messenger that you sent about the survey asking about my experience for that day! no one has yet called me to find out what's going on.
