Here's how I left feeling... I stated to Mr. Haggerty (the brother) where I was trying to be financially. The price I paid was a few thousand dollars higher than Kelly's Blue Book but anticipated this difference. At the end of the day, I felt jilted - not to mention the salesperson would say just about anything to sell the car. My mind was already set once I had finally found the car that suited me and my family needs. I was not impressed with how they offered me a higher interest rate with a low-rate bank regardless to my good credit score. I know there's a partnership and possible commission exchange with whomever they place the financing with, but I don't believe they were working in my best interest. Their attitude was them first then me. After not having purchased a car within over 30-years I was excited, careful and attentive. There were discrepancies within the paperwork that I continually pointed out but told one excuse after another, which should have been my que to leave. Eventually, I was worn down with the sayings... "we no longer offer that" or "just disregard." Plus, I had been looking at cars for a while and this was the right one for me. When I finally left, I had the worst feeling of being duped and will probably not refer anyone to them. On another sad note, I'm in the process of refinancing my less than week old vehicle for better terms. I'm in love with my new car a.k.a The Spaceship!
